TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Tempahan produk / Product Ordering

1. Tempahan produk melalui panggilan telefon/sms/email, sekurang-kurangnya 4 hari sebelum diambil.
Place order via phone/sms/email, at least 4 days before picked up.

2. Sebarang perubahan berkaitan tempahan akan dilayan tetapi melalui panggilan telefon/sms sahaja, sekurang-kurangnya 3 hari(72 jam) sebelum diambil.
We would attend any change regarding order but via phone (call/sms) only, at least 3 days(72 hours) before picked up.

3. Sebarang pembatalan tempahan hendaklah dibuat melalui panggilan telefon/sms sahaja, sekurang-kurangnya 3 hari( jam) sebelum diambil. Wang tidak akan dikembalikan untuk pembatalan selepas masa itu.
Any cancellation must be made via phone (call/sms) only, at least 3 days(72 hours) before picked up. No money refund for cancellation after that period.

4. Pembayaran penuh mestilah dibuat semasa tempahan dibuat @ paling lewat 4 hari sebelum diambil. Jika tidak, tempahan dikira terbatal. Sila email/sms no rujukan dan jumlah bayaran transaksi.
Full payment must be made upon order @ 4 days before delivery. Otherwise, order is considered cancel. Please email/sms reference no. and amount of transaction.

*Tart kami hendaklah disimpan di dalam bekas bertutup rapat pada suhu yang rendah (peti sejuk).
Our tarts are best be kept in a tightly covered container under low temperature (fridge).

1.1 Sungai Buloh Timur [Pick up point: Caltex sebelah Econsave]
1.2 Sungai Buloh Selatan [Pick up point: Bus stop SMK Subang Bistari]
1.3 Sungai Buloh Barat [Pick up point: Simpang traffic light Saujana Utama]
1.4 Setapak - working days only (Monday-Friday)
at 8.00am - 8.30am [Pick up Point: Petronas jalan Genting Klang]

2. Penghantaran berbayar (Selangor dan KL; selain dari kawasan yg dinyatakan di atas):
Charged delivery (Selangor and KL; other than the mentioned area above) :

2.1 Sila nyatakan tempat untuk pick up.
Please mention the pick up venue.

2.2 Bayaran akan dikira per km
Charge will be calculated per km

**Masa penghantaran :

8.00 am -10.00 am , 12.00 pm - 8.00 pm ( Isnin - Jumaat)
8.00 am - 8.00 pm ( Sabtu - Ahad)

Pembayaran / Payment (bank in or transfer)

Sila minta nombor akaun Maybank atau CIMB selepas tempahan disahkan melalui sms atau panggilan telefon sahaja
Please request Maybank or CIMB account number after order has been verified via sms or call only
